Overcharged repeatedly on my account!!!

I am actually sick to death of this problem. I signed my contract with Planet fitness (what a stupid idea, I know, people told me not to do it) on 12 September. On signing, the rep (Sibusiso) told me that I would get a discount on the monthly fee as a returning client so instead of paying R355, I would be paying R234. This was all I could afford so this is why I agreed to the contract. Since then, I have been debited R355 each month as well as random debits of R75 on 1 November and R200 on 16 October. Then, in December there is supposed to be a 'double fee' for a levy. This morning I was debited R355 and R390.50 - neither of these are correct. I have sent messages to sort this out (I do not have airtime to waste phoning to sort out THEIR problem) but for weeks I have had no response. This is absolute. To add to it, upon paying a ridiculous sign up fee, I was promised a "free" tog bag and personal training session. I never got these. I even asked Sibusiso after a few weeks for my bag and got a very rude "when we get them I will phone you". I am going to tell my bank not to allow them to debit anymore if this is not sorted out immediately. I want a refund of the extra fees now
