Money debited off account without permission

To whom it may concern,

R250 has been debited off my ABSA account this morning by Planet Fitness. I have tried contacting head office over 15 times today to sort this out, and NO ONE can help me! I have been told that someone will contact me back several times and no one has. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I do not have a contract with Planet Fitness, so would like to know why they even have permission to debit my account for this amount?

I want this matter sorted out urgently and want the amount reversed. I have spent over R50 airtime allready trying to call to sort this matter out with no answers in any way. what kind of a business is been run here??
