Joined the gym mid 2013 for a 24 Months Contract paying R439 a month. I relocated to a place where there's no gym near, I then suspend my account for two months paying only the admin fee. I later called the customer care line trying to find a way I can cancel the account because I was not gonna be able to use it since I'll come back after it has expired. I was then told to pay for the remaining months or send someone to open an account in favour of mine so that they can close my account. I sent a friend of mine to take a contract and request an agreement form like they suggested but what they did zilch... they just signed up my friend and claim that I owe them, they debited my account and still didn't keep their promise instead the reception lady came up with excuses saying only the manager could do that. This is really disappointing because I was gonna join the gym again when I get back but with this reaping off no ways & won't even recommend them to family and friends, I'm because seems like they all passing the buck
