Misrepresentation and no follow up on cancellation

I signed up for a contract on the Edgars special. On the Edgars website the times stated is 10:00 until 14:30. The salesman Jean did everything in his power to sell me a much more expensive contract that I did not want. He then said that the times are actually 10:00 until 15:30, I confirmed this with him twice. The next day I received a phone call to welcome me to the gym (I had not started yet) and told me that the times are 10:30 until 15:00. I immediately complained and the lady said that she would get someone to phone me back. This never happened. I had to phone back and eventually spoke to the sales manager from Centurion Gate and he said that the times are 10:30 until 15:00 but he would come back to me. Still Waiting!!! I then went in to cancel the contract and was informed by Jean that the times are now 10:30 until 14:30. Now the fourth set of times. I phoned in a couple of days later as no one had phoned me and I was once again told that someone would come back to me, Once again no response. I have tried phoning three times in the last week and a half and the number just rings. Time to take it up with the consumer protection board
