Receiving no feedback for more than a week already

I went in to the gym and asked if we could look at my monthly membership fee as it is getting too expensive for me and my wife to train at planet fitness, the gentleman that i had an appointment to see was not there and he arranged that i could see someone else. This gentle man explained to me that i could cancel my current subscription and take out another membership saving me R150 per head. I opted for this but said to him that i do not want to pay joining fees as i will be paying levies in the end of November. He said he will discuss this matter with his supervisor and will get back to me. It is now almost an week that i am waiting for feedback on this issue, every time i have to phone and i cannot speak to the person who helped me, every time i get passed to a new consultant and have to explain the whole process again. Then the new peson will tell me that i have cancelled my contract and they cannot help me. If this is the case i will not be renewing my memberships and will move to another gym!!!
