I tried to upgrade my phone via mtn direct. The person did not exlain to me that my contract would be changed to a data package ant that all my airtime would be lost. I have tried to cancel the contract in september. I am on data. Thus i cannot phone, sms or anything. I have phoned numerous times to cancel. She tells me she will cancel it and come back to me but has failed to do so. I have not received the upgrade tablet yet. It was sent back because i cancelled. I have not signed anything also. Every time i call the tell me they will send her an e-mail and that they will cc her supervisor so that she has to contact me. This has happened 7 times and still nothing. I am paying for an upgade that i did not receive. I am very unhappy.
