I took a watch I bought (06.08.2013) to Edgars on 20.10.2013 for a replacement because the watch kept loosing time in a 24hour cycle the watch looses 15min in time They said that they have to send it for repairs before replacing I phoned on 04.11.2013 to check up on the status of the watch and the lady (Tzepi) who works in the watch department was not available so left a message NO ONE PHONED I phoned AGAIN on 09.11.2013 seven times! the switch board puts me through to counter sales and then the lady who answers the phone can not put me through to another extension number (lack of training) she keeps putting the phone down in my ears, so at last I spoke to the manager Mr Swart and he said that he will follow up on the status of the watch and phone me back (witch he didn't) and I also told him about the lack of training by the personal that can not put phones through to other extensions! so I phoned AGAIN on 12.11.2013 reception put me through to counter sales and again the phone is put down in my ears because they can not direct a call to another extension!!! so I phoned again and reception took my details and said they will get the lady (Tzepi) to phone me back and still waiting!!
