Can not get any Feedback/Contract Cancelled!!

This morning I got an email reply from Lizette at Planet Fitness with the following response: "As explained twice before your contract will only be cancelled once settlement has been paid.". As I have probably sent around 30 emails to [Email Removed] and filed a cancellation request at Planet Fitness Centurion Gate, I have still not received any correspondence with regards to how much my Settlement Fee is, and where it needs to be paid in etc. Lynden (Manager at Planet Fitness Centurion Gate and I roughly calculated the Settlement Fee based on my outstanding amounts, but can someone just please provide the exact amount, as well as where I need to pay it?) I have asked nicely so many times, yet no response. I have just sent another email. I also tried calling Lizette on the number on her letterhead (011 327 1808), yet I get put through to call centre where the phone keeps ringing. I phoned again, and they told me they do not have a direct extension for Lizette. This is the 3rd complaint now, and I just want to get my membership cancelled and move on with my life. I just want this nightmare to end now.. Please, what is my Settlement fee, where should I pay to?
