On November 30th a double debit was charged to me by Planet Fitness.

I signed up in August with Thomas, I expllanied to him that I am disabled and that he would need to make that very clear on my contract and also state that he is reading it out to me.

He explained all costs to me, monthly fee, joining fee, tag but conveniently left out the double debit.

When I reported this to the club general manager the first thing he did was not to phone me and get details, but to pull that contract and his response was "well you signed it, it is legal and binding". I then explained to him that I am "Visually impaired" and also sent him a report from a professor that dianosed me to prove this.

I gave a very clear and detailed recollection of what happened and still have not heard anything back from him, after mailing him more than 3 times and also phoning him 3 times.

Surely this is not legal? - I asked if it was noted that I have this disability and he said no. It is now more than a month later, I have received no feedback, other then me phoning and being told that he is waiting for feedback and "customer services will phone me back". WHICH THEY NEVER ONCE DI!

PATHETIC!
