Trying to cancel my contract is ridiculous!!!

I asked the lady at reception at Centurion Gate how to cancel my membership. She told me to call the call center and gave me the number. I have since called them numerous times, I have filled in the form on the website (even to JOIN just to get someone to call me back!!!), but have received not a single response from Planet Fitness. Come on PF, what's going on there? Look how many problems is on hello peter logged against you! Get your call center to answer their phones! The SHORTEST time I waited was 8:52 seconds before I hung up!
