City Cycles Disgusting Customer Service

Long story short I had a issue from day one with a bike I bought from CC, I went back and forth about 5 times, every time the issue was not fixed, the one occasion I was told the bike would be stripped, instead the chain was replaced, the other occasion I was told the Scott company would come have a look at the bike, they were never contacted by CC, instead they said it would come right by itself and said they replaced the BB to give me piece of mind, I phoned the owner, Anthony who, was completely disrespectful of my problems, did not let me get a word in edge ways and eventually put the phone down in my ear twice, the other owner that I spoke to, Raymond, was just as rude, and basically called me a, without actually saying it, saying that so many things were replaced on the bike- none of which were my suggestion and went on to say that they sold lots of bikes like that and have never had an issue. I did eventually get my money back but had to pay for my tyres. So it is resolved buy I want people to know the disgusting service I received from this company. Its not a R35000 bike, only R6000, so I feel like I was not worth their time. I have been a customer for 4 yrs.
