A bike shop that doesn't care

I took my road bike in to sort out an issue with the rear derailer. The problem got "fixed" - after a VERY long wait of over a month - but I was also slapped with a couple of hundred Rands worth of extra "servicing" that I never even asked for. At this stage I was a little bit irritated but I paid anyway because I was happy to have the derailer fixed rather than having to buy an entirely new bike (components for the cranks, gears, etc. are no longer available because this is an old bike).

I tried out the bike at home and straight away noticed that I could no longer get into top gear. When I called I was told that they knew about this (but never told me?!?) because apparently they hadn't managed to adjust it to be able to select this gear. But they said they would take it back to Campagnolo and try to sort it out for me.

Weeks, months passed and nobody once ever called me back. I tried to get hold of people but kept getting promises to be called back.

Eventually I got sick of waiting (and their bad attitude) and decided to call them to inform them I was going to just take the bike somewhere else.

I didn't even get an APOLOGY, and got yet another promise to be called back.
