BIG BOY - BIG PROBLEM

We boutht a brand new bike from them, my boy raod 500 meters with the bike, parked it. The next morning the bike didn't want to start. There is a short on the wiring on the bike. Now we dont wan't the bike fixed, we wan't the bike to be replaced. We are still waiting for the to reply since Tuesday, They want to fixed the bike and we want a new bike. You pay for what you get, bikes are not cheap.
