This is the second time I have trouble with Planet fitness Moreleta with my debit order not being deducted. I have Phoned the Accounts lady on Tuesday she was not there, She only phoned back The Thursday, see my debit order dis not went off... DUE why Am I phoning. She said she will find out what is the reason that the debit order did not went off. Its is TUESDAY did she phone me yet... NOOOOO. They can't do their job and have no idea why they are in that position cause the client service is so bad. I want answers and a solution by the end of the today, and they have to know I am also not responsible for their bank costs for this is again not my fault. This must be sorted out ones and for all, And I'm definitely going to cancel my account I'm fedup
