Incompetent Service

Hi there. End of March I brought a 2002 BMW GS 650 from Honda Cayenne in Midrand.
After the first 2 days there were problems with the bike and was taken back to them.
Long story short is the bike went in 8 times in 2 months. The service these guys offer are just pathetic.
It was arranged with them that if the bike brakes again after the 7 time they would take it to BMW to get fixed properly.
It broke again (8th) time. They said they want to try and fix it themselves AGAIN. Please keep in mind this bike was bought by a company.

Eventually they made their problem mine and could offer me a loan bike or any alternative transport.
No answers are received on the BMW yet. It broke down on Monday. Its 4 days later already.

I took all the boxes and books back of the bike to them because the service is so poor I don't even want to take a chance and buy
Another bike from them. They were really upset this morning about me requesting my money back and they showed it by being utterly
Rude.
This is really an inconvenient turn of events.
We are still contemplating whether to take them to the papers and the Consumer Counsel.
