Be Aware of Empty Promises

I have been a keen client of Solomon's Cycles in Woodmead for over a year, I have spent in excess of R20 000 with them and have always been happy with the service I received. In light of this, I readily recommended the store to my daughter and son in law when they showed interest in buying 2 bikes. They were welcomed at the store and prices were negotiated for 2 bikes which were "unfortunately" not on the floor... long storyv short... Candice's bike a Titan Sport V-Brake model was not available and Jades bike a Titan Sport, size medium would have to ordered as they had no stock. Bought Candices bike from another dealer and Jades had to fetch a bike from Pretoria. I bought a shirt there over a month ago... found the shirt damaged... returned it and have yet to have it replaced. Although, they have phoned me to tell me that the supplier will replace the shirt... visits and emails have not helped be aware of this when dealing with them... lots of talk... very little action. Will find myself a new shop to deal with.
