Air-conditioner not working

I have two complaints:

1) The air-conditioner in the group/Les Mills studio does not work. Even with the faulty aircon, it is forbidden to open the studio door. After numerous complaints with management for over a year it was resolved that "there is nothing wrong with the aircon" and that we should just it up. It feels like a sauna in there and I'm pretty sure it is not healthy to do such strenuous exercise in such heat and lack of fresh air.

2) The Black-tag is advertised as "one small black tag, loads of big benefits." I specifically got a Black tag for the exclusive access to free group personal training. After having my Black tag for only two months (the additional R99 deducted twice in the first month!!), I was informed that the group personal training sessions will be replaced with Les Mills and this will be available to any and all gym members. I feel that this a breach of contract from Planet Fitness' side and will NOT pay extra for something that other members get at the normal membership fee.

And finally, this gym has a general "don't care" attitude and complete disregard for customer complaints.
