Change of Schedules - Useless

I joined Planet Fitness in Aug 2013. I was sold the black membership and told that I was paying a little extra but would have free access to the group PT classes. In Nov 2013 Les Milles was introduced to the gym and all of a sudden the group PT classes were changed from one hour classes to 30 min classes. The clients were outraged and we all mad many complaints. The manager said he would call us back and here we are still waiting. We were then told that after the December period the classes would go back to one hour. I called them on Monday and I was told this is not the case and maybe I should go lift some weights. I am not willing to sit in traffic for 1 hour to get to gym to do a 30 min class of which 10 min is warm up and 10 min is cool down. If these classes cannot be changed back to 1 hour then I want my membership cancelled and joining fee refunded. This is NOT what I signed up for!!!
