To and tricked and no one will help

I was to&promised that black tag access was part of the contract that was offered to me. Believing the sales consultant, I signed the contract&was so excited to finally start gymming properly again. Turns out I was to&am now expected to pay extra for the black tag access even though I was told it was included in the monthly fee. I have spoken to two managers, I have sent an e-mail to the CEO&I have spoken to Trish at Planet Fitness&not a single one of them have been willing to actually help me sort this out. I was promised something&I believe that Planet Fitness should stick by what was promised. The only proof I have is a text conversation that I was having with a friend who was advising me while I was signing up with Planet Fitness. I think it is absolutely disgusting that your company can't believe and help a customer who really did get over. If you are not willing to help me then I would like to cancel the contract that I signed because I signed that contract with the assurance that it would include black tag access and if you choose to believe someone who, from one day to the next, never came back to work over my word then I want nothing to do with your company!
