No Cancellation

I am a member of Planet Fitness through Discovery & also signed up for your black tag membership. I requested cancellation of the black tag at your Craighall branch as the 1 year contract is up and I no longer need it and this has not been cancelled. Whilst i do require my gym membership as I use it everyday, i do not require the black tag benefits anymore and see no reason to pay an extra R99 per month for something i do not use. Please can someone contact me to sort this out as I did the cancellation at Craighall which is now closed and I therefore can not follow up directly with the branch.
