Worse service ever and empty promises

I joined the gym in March 2013, i was promised a gym bag, i followed this up more than 4 times, everytime I was told, they are waiting for stock, we are now in November and still no phone call, nothing.

I also joined a loyalty program (Reality), gave them my membership no so that they can capture it against my gym membership so that I will be eligible for discounted premiums, up to this day, no phone calls, no status.

I am so dissappointed with them, they don't care about their customers. I am even thinking of cancelling my membership with them and join Virgin Active.

I work with customers and I know what makes them happy, clearly here such things don't exist, whoever manages it needs to send their staff to proper training on how to handle customer or should I say how to operate a pc and punch in a loyalty number, check inventory availability etc.

Its even worse because what they are doing is false advertising to people, this is really not right. They must learn to keep their promise.
