IF head office doesn't respond who does!!!

I have sent many complaints directly and one on hello peter this gym does really just not care I have had 3 people email ame and ask me what the problem iis and assure me they wud fix it but they just do not get back to me not at all what's going on with this company! I have never delt with people like this before that just don't care about there customers!

Have all said they are going to fix the problem, non of them have as yet they just do not get back to me, do they still work there as I keep getting told people have left or moved or what this is the most rediculous company to deal with!
