I again write out of frustration. I posted a report at the end of August as I had cancelled my contract with Planet Fitness yet they continued to debit my bank account. In response to the report I received an email from a Trish Tsikada saying that the account had been cancelled and no further money was due. Last week I got another email from her saying that I hadn't paid for July (I had, the payment on the 1st of July was supposed to be my final payment). I asked my bank to email her to confirm this, which they did. This was not good enough, they wanted my bank statements to prove this which after much deliberation were sent through. Since then I have not heard a word from them, yet they have now debited my bank account twice in a period of less than a week, once during the email conversation with Trish and again today 4 days after I have supplied them with my bank statements. In my last email I cc'd the CEO and the Customer Service Manager but have had no response from either of them. This has become such a frustrating and time consuming issue, I really am at my wits end.
