Last year i submitted a post on Hello Peter regarding problems with the service i was given by Planet Fitness Centurion Gate.

I was subsequently contacted by Trish Tsikada who assured me that they were looking into the issue and that amounts would stopped being deducted from my account until the issue was resolved. Needless to say like the rest of the service that I have experienced from Planet Fitness nothing came of it and the money continued to be deducted from my account.

There seems to be no sense of urgency in resolving issues, with the buck being passed from one person to the other without resolve.

Does anybody have contact details of somebody with the authority to make decisions at Planet Fitness
