These people are pathetic!!!

These are the worst people in the world to deal with, they never respond to you or get anything done!!! they can terminate my contract for all I care as nobody there at the club or at head office gets back to you and solves your problems... why don't they just close down... it seems like the staff leave every week anyway!!! how do you operate and serve customers like this???
