Planet Fitness Illegally Debiting my Account

I have been dealing with a gentleman named Ravi at Head Office with regards to debit orders going off my account when I do not even have a contract, nor have ever had one in the past with Planet Fitness!
I spoke to Ravi once and mailed him twice yesterday after he promised to get back to me and inform me of when my money would be refunded back to me. After the initial conversation, I could not get hold of him as he was in "meetings" the whole day, and this morning, again- he is unavailable.
Planet Fitness is very quick to take money illegally but will hide and ignore a victim to refund the monies owed!
The awful attitude of the staff reflect those of management as they are just as unhelpful.

I challenge Mr Rory Sweetlove (Managing Director of Planet Fitness) to contact me with regards to solving my issue!
