I have been in contact with 4 different people, Thabo Mphuthi, of who hasn't responded to my email, Trish tsikada, who still hasn't given my feedback after she said she will investigate, Dimakasto, promised to call me back and still hasn't and now, Minette, telling me the system is slow and that it would take 15 to 20 mins to reboot, then saying that the person at admin isn't at the club after making me hold for her. None of them have actually helped me to a degree that I'm left satisfied. I have complained many times yet nobody from planet fitness has bothered to CALL me back. How do you leave a reply on Hellopeter, that I should walk into my branch and request my refund??? Isn't such issue meant to be on an official letter??? SIGNED??? This is disgusting. I pay an upfront fee so that you could still debt from my account??? And still get service to resolve my issue??? Seriously, have I had known this is what I would be paying for, I wouldn't have signed up. Just a warning, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE! I still want my refund.
