I have requested for my account to be cancelled and advised them to let me know what I need to pay to cancel the account.

Previously spoke to a female and was informed that i need to email the necessary people to cancel. It took them more than a month to get back to me as I informed them that I will lay a complaint on Hello Peter before they got back to me. I would've made manual payments and money was taken out of my account when I needed it most. It was a huge inconvenience and not very nice for a client to state that a complaint will be laid before I get any help

I would also say thank you to Dylan for being the only one to get back to me

This issue has still not been resolved. At the end of the day we are all customers in some way and form and the amount of time I have waited to cancel is pathetic
