Glenvista Fitness Centre
Charges that was not advised

About 2 years ago I got a invite to go to the Glenvista fitness Centre, I had a meeting with one of the consultants and I was not ready to sign a contract AS I DID NOT HAVE A JOB they gave me a contract for about R 199.00 per month and I asked if I can cancel it if I don't want it. The Manager then advised that I have 5 days to cancel the contract of I will have to pay, in 3 days I was back and cancelled the contract. During all this time nobody mentioned a admin fee that I needed to pay (not sure what admin they had to do in 3 days - one of which was a public holiday) I am now marked on my ITC because of the lack of information from that company. I was given 5 days to cancel the contract and I did I in 3, I was advised that I would not have any obligations if I cancel with in that time frame. I was also n9ot informed that I had to write a letter to cancel. I am not happy with the way they conduct business and the "owner" Clive De Vos has not been in contact with me even thou I was promised that he would be. I believe they are ripping people off after making false promises.
