WHY MAY I NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

I have been struggling since April 2013 to have my agreement cancelled. I have been paying my (UN - used) account every month (after discussions with Afrihost) in order to process the cancellation.

I have been sending weekly e-mails to [Email Removed] to cancel my account. They advised that I should log onto their client zone in order to cancel. I have explained to them on numerous occasions that I am not able to do so as I removed my Telkom cables and was in the process of cancelling the Telkom lines.

Now, once AGAIN I received a invoice for services not used.

I am no longer prepared to discuss this issue with them. They can refer to previous correspondence and account payments.

The latest billing amount should be reversed for obvious reasons, and my account mist be cancelled and closed
