Worst Experience Eve

Have recently taken out 2 off-peak gym contracts with them, the consultant that assisted advised us that the gym times will be from 20:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday and 10:30 to 15:30 on weekends, this was not true as every time we went to the gym we were let in at the side gate, tags were not working, eventually found out that the times are completely wrong, the person who assisted us no longer worked at the gym, went on to see the sales manager because this is misrepresentation of services, went on to find out that they took double the contract amount, was told to send it in writing and was told once refund was done we could get the option to take out a new contract

its now been 3 months no refund, sales manger was helpful from the start, but the departments that follow have been pathetic, Gertude the accounts administrator who was suppose to put through the refund and let me know how long it would take never communicated at all

I have made around 20 calls, she is always not available and does not return calls, made 1 last plea today and still her attitude and customer service skills are dismal, no follow up or calls from her yet that were promised!!!
