Terrible experience

We received no assistance fromthe accounts department after months of trying to rectify a problem with our account details, only after nearly suffering the risk of being BLACK LISTED was the query supposedly fixed!
We were told our account had been credited yet an amount of R400 was still payable.

We received constant calls from Sale consultants telling us to join Planet Fitness 3 months after ALREADY being member at the gym.

Lots of promises made by the Sales Consultant, like free personal training and no penalties if we would like to cancel our contract!

Now we would like to cancel our contract, and have been told a cancellation fee is payable and our sales consultant has GONE MISSING!!!

Please stay away from this gym and save your self a whole lot of trouble
