I joined the Planet Fitness at Rivonia four months back. I obtained a regional membership and paid cash upfront (debit card). Everything was paid for upfront. Since then I have not had access to any of the gyms within South Africa.

Over the last 5 months I have made over 30 calls to the branch, drove through 14 times, sent emails to the ceo, directors, accounts department and the managers at the Rivonia branch and have received no resolution.

No managers were avaiable when I made the 30 calls or 14 visits, but on the 15th visit when I demanded a refund, then a manager was suddenly avaiable.

I was promised a refund for this terrible service, and now 3 weeks later I still haven't received my refund. This morning, when trying to get hold of any of the managers - reception say no managers are in and that they are not allowed to provide the managers details - the same response I have received for the last 5 months.

No one that can assist me and this has been going on for 5 months now.
