HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My bf is on vacation from Germany and paid for one month subscription, and is not satisfied with the club in lower long street, because its smaller and closed on weekends we were told that we can get transferred to another club if unsatisfied, trying to call the call centre has been a hassle not helpful because you hold forever, where is the promise that it will be easy to transfer one club to another, completely horrible customer service, is there any suggestions for another fitness club???
