GARNISH ORDERS

In 2008, I was walking and found a pamphlet saying that I won a free membership with planet fitness and later on went to them thinking it was a month's deal. Unfortunately for me I got caught! I only used that gym for like 1 or 2 months and only went back because they started calling me claiming that I owed them this ridiculous amount of money (R12000) for the 3 years membership contract) which I could not explain. They did not give me the option to cancel the 'contract'! Years went on, they debited my account few times but because I was a student and unable to pay, and later on I decided to close that bank account. Recently I opened a new bank account with the same bank; these planet fitness people started debiting the account. Last year, I was handed SAYA recoveries, and I was given ref no 1172849. So, I started paying R50 every month, Around April, Saya called me again to say that I needed to add more every month, . I received this message from a number that I don't know saying that legal action has been taken to garnish my salary, and that I have to call Will on 0878067692 with this reference 062527.
