Saya Recoveries
VAT charged without permission / authority

Saya Recoveries called me to collect some money that I owed to Planet Fitness, they however tricked me into paying VAT@14% for amounts that did not state that it was excluding VAT.
Now Collin says that it is part of they're service fee, but in the mail he sent me it clearly states that it is VAT.
The amounts owing to Planet fitness was R 645 after they gave me some discount. And also on the discount paper from Planet fitness it states that I must only pay R 645.
I think that Saya recoveries is bullies and they threatened to take legal action if I did not pay the full amount.
I ended up paying the R 645 plus 14% = R 735.30
I only owed planet fitness R 645.
I demand that Saya recoveries give me back the difference.
If they do this with me (and this is small amounts) they probably trick all of the other people as well.
