I had a gym contract with Planet Fitness Wanderers in 2006, when this contract ended I started a new 1 at Planet fitness Rivonia in 2009. Both contracts were paid in full at the signing of the contract and cancelled at the end of the period.

3 years later (2012) I received a rude phone call from Saya Recoveries stating that my Rivonia account had been handed over to them to collect payment. At no time did Planet Fitness ever contact me with regards to the payment. After being threatened with blacklisting I made the payment to Saya to avoid this.

A year later I was contacted by Saya, again rudely informing me that I owed an amount very similar to the last payment. Somehow it appeared I had levies outstanding on two National memberships... How is this possible!??

Again I made the payment after being threatened with blacklisting... I am currently still fighting with Saya to get any form of receipt for my payments made or at least for settlement letters so that I know I won't be called next year with another seemingly bogus payment claim from Saya or Planet F.

I have not been able to get to the bottom of this and as a customer feel that I have been poorly treated by Planet Fitness
