Planet Fitness Deducted my account without consent

I had a planet fitness account which was handed over to saya recoveries. i agreed on a fixed amount which is paid monthly. last month on two occassions planet fitness deducted R250 from my account.i called the headoffice twice and both consultants told me i owed planet fitness and my account was in arears after telling them i had an arrangement through saya they said they couldnt see it on the system. i then called saya who issued me with the statement clearly showing they paying over the amounts every month.i called again and spoke to a lady called lizette who told me she couldnt explain why i was deducted as she could see the saya payments on the system she gave me a reference number 63710 and said she would investigate further. this was a week ago and i still have no feedback, please can someone assist as this is very frustrating and they need to refund my R500 whats the use i made an arrangement with saya if planet fitness deducts when they feel like it.
