Saya Recoveries
SAYA recoveries and Planet Fitness

I am not a member of PLANET FITNESS, and they are trying to get a deit order throuh on my account (3 attempt) via SAYA recoveries... I see vaious complaints about Planet Fitness working with SAYA to collect money from bank accounts incorrectly. The phone numbers I have been given by the bank does not get answered, and even SAYA's landline does not get answered. How can we protect ourselves against this??? I have alread logged a complaint on hello Peter against Planet Fitness for this issue, but no response - have been spending hours on the phone now with no luck...
