Unacceptable service from branch and head office

The list is endless of the bad service i have recieved from ZoneFitness ranging from the branch staff & management as well as its Head Office.

*no accountability taken for actions of its staff
*i am still waiting for the Sales/Operations Manager to call me for weeks
*no response to my emails

hopefully i will recieve some response from this
