WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I gave in a modem for repairs on the 2 Febuary at the Gateway branch. After several calls and visits to the store they tell me that the modem cannot be repaired. And that they cannot replace it even though it was only 7 months old at the time. I then contacted AutoPage head office. What a waste of time. Almost 4 months later i still dont have a modem. After posting a complaint on the Hello Peter website Najma from Autopage head office contacted me and promised to replace it but still no modem. Her excuse was that their warehouse is moving and couple weeks later that they dont have any stock. I was then referred to her manager. She gave me R500 refund and also promised to sort it out but i am still waiting. According to the system the modem was dispatched on the 28 March. Its now the 17 May. Staff at the Gateway branch and head office are so unprofessional. They dont even bother to call you back and inform you as to what is going on. We are paying customers and expect to be kept informed. I called head office today and asked to speak to a senior manager but even that failed. Pathetic customer Service. Head Office staff so usless they wont transfer you to a manager.
