No response from either Willow Bridge or H/O

Good day

I recently sent through a query to Willow Bridge regarding my account and possible transfer thereof to a new member as I moved away and stay evry far from any of the clubs. This was more than two weeks ago and I still have not had any response from the WB team, despite an email informing me I would receive a response within two days.

I then contacted the head office with the same query on 09.01.2013, and yet again received an automated response that they will revert back within two days. AGAIN two days have come and gone without any feedback.

I was harrassed to open a membership, but now that I need assistance no one from either Willow bridge or Head Office is willing to help.

UNACCEPTABLE!!
