Shocking service

I am shocked by the service of Zone Fitness, i would not recommend anybody joining that Gym. I have left countless messages for the accounts lady to call me back (Elizabeth Monwabisi) and i just receive no call back, i wait on the line for 20 minutes as she is busy on a call, aventually for them to tell me she is not at her desk anymore. I demand to speak to the Branch Manager (Natilie Theron) which im still waiting for her to return my call. This is absolutely pathethic, seems like the Company, staff and Branch Manager are all incompetent.
