Complaint against head office

I would like to complain against head office itself. I placed a complaint about my phone, i have now recieved a new S4 for the third time, and yes this one also does not download. I am more upset that i need to phone to follow up on the phone as to when it will arrive instead of getting proper feedback from head office. I complained that the new phone also does not download on the 12/10/2013, expecting a urgent response, especially since this is the third phone that is faulty!!! 5-6 days later, head office has not contacted me with a proper resolution. i suggested that a samsung rep see's me, even gave a name and asked for arrangements to be made... NOTHING. I decided to go to the branch myself and Rudolph the manager made arrangements for me to meet the rep.
Its disappointing that head office does not take complaints seriously. I have sent so many emails and i do not have a response to one email, and the reason is because of meetings!?! I honestly expect better, i have been a client at autopage for many years!!!
