This is how they take advantage!!

Ive been a memeber at Planet Fitnes for a few years, i went to their branch in Fourways, however I requested a transfer to Ruimsig as it was closer to home, I WAITED 9 MONTHS for them to do the transfer, but when it came to paying them to do the transfer, that had to happen immediately! I had to go in to gym and wait for them to phone fourways to veify my membership, I had to go in like 10 times just to see that they do their job, what i paid for! After I got fed up with that terrible service, I asked them just to please cancel my contract as it seems they dont know how to handle the workload. The branch manager promised me that they would refund my transfer fees and that I would get 3months free membership, that never happened! I stopped the debit order at my bank, but they still debit the money off my account! I am now sick off trying to find common ground with Planet Fitnes as they are not willing to commit to promises they made!
