Can someone from head office please contact me?

I am a Planet Fitness member at Aurora and have been for more than a year. June 2013 I was informed that I could sell my membership to anyone at any time at R 150 (admin fees). After inquiring at my branch about the process and costs involved I was informed by 3 different employees, including Miles Walker who was then a senior employee that the costs involved would be R 150 and that the process was possible. After going to great lengths to find an interested buyer (started advertising in June 2013), I was informed by the staff that the actual costs involved would be R 800. Now I am even being told the process is not possible anymore.

The staff at Aurora has contacted head office on my behalf with no response. I also attempted to contact head office with no successful response.

It has to be said that the staff at Aurora have been very helpful and friendly during this entire process but have not been able to accomplish one thing this whole period due to the incompetency of head office.

This is now the last resort for me so will someone from head office please contact me so we can sort this out?
