I requested the accounts department to follow up on a query I had as my wife and I were being charged for something extra that was not suppose to be charged for, for the mont of June. This was requested on 21 June 2013. As of 02 July 2013, no feedback has been received from the accounts department. The same charge has gone off again for the mont of July.
