Trying to change membership at this clu

I spoke to Bradley Emmett. I even had a face to face meeting with him trying to change a fully paid membership from my wife's name to my sons name.

Many emails later and even calls to head office left me with still no resolve in this matter. The general manager at the club is always in a meeting and nobody at head office can help me.

HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM???
