Battling for 5 months to get our gym contract sorted after there was a change on their systems. Our contract was taken out in 2000. Because of there system change our access was blocked to branches, premium went up from R 99 per month to R359 pm no notice received. The staff attitude is horrific. Try to sort it out with a branch manager, but unfortunately they resign before a complaint can be handled. Try to deal with head office even bigger nightmare! i really hope Discovery cancel there contract for vitality members. 100 phone calls, 10 emails, almost 3 heart attacks. Still not sorted. If you ever consider a gym contract, please don't use planet fitness. Spoke to friends and they also experience same problems!!! Try to speak to management on a Friday. One person will tel you they are in a meeting and the next person tells you they not in!!! No wonder the service is so bad.
