Its been over 7 months and still waiting

Last year i never attended the gym for a long time and tried for them to put my account on hold but that never happened and this was the head office, end of last year i went to my branch and spoke to the manager and told him that i have been paying for almost a years gym and have not made use of it and my gym membership was in areas because as far as i was concerned iv been trying for them to put my account on hold but the manager at the branch told me that if i settle the account he will arrange that i get a year free membership after my membership expires iv been waiting since last year for him to draw up the forms so that we can sign and the manager (Bradley) always says i am waiting for head office and not only that he never replies to my phone calls or emails so whats happening with my membership
